Well Balanced will be reopening on June 1st 2020. Thanks to everyone in our community, Lane County is doing extremely well in limiting COVID cases and transmissions. As businesses start to open again, it is our communities responsibility to continue to take care of ourselves and our families by following the outlined guidelines for PPE and social distancing mandated by the State of Oregon. 

 

We will be following CDC, OSHA. and the State of Oregon guidelines for all of our safety. 

 

We will be reopening on a limited schedule: Tuesdays 9am-6pm, Thursdays 9am-6pm and Fridays 9am-1pm. We will be offering Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Therapeutic Exercises services.

 

We will be sanitizing the building thoroughly and throughout each day we are open. We will be allowing for extra time in between appointments to sanitize each treatment room.

 

We will require a completed COVID screening form before each scheduled appointment, this will be sent and completed electronically. This will clarify that you have not been exposed to COVID, had any COVID symptoms or travelled in the last 14 days. We will require this form before each appointment. All staff will be screened as well.

 

All staff and clients will be required to wear masks. We can provide a single use mask if you do not have a mask of your own, but we highly encourage you to buy a reusable mask as a responsible community member. We request that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment and that any friends or family members remain in your vehicle during your appointment.  We will be practicing 6 foot social distancing in the waiting room and/or take you directly to the treatment room. No more than 25 people will be in the building at one time. 

 

We will ask you to use hand sanitizer upon entering the building and the treatment room. There are seven hand sanitizer stations in our clinic and hand pumps in each treatment room. It is also highly recommended that in addition to sanitizer, you wash your hands before and after your treatment.
