Aside from The Movement fitness program, we offer a variety of classes focusing on mind and movement. These classes help you develop body control, flexibility and strength. Increasing range of motion and promoting and building your mind/body connection. Other benefits of our classes include:

Current Class Offerings

Mind Body class

This class will take you on a journey of self-discovery where you will learn how to assess the stressors that cause you pain and discomfort. Giving you practical ways to practice mindfulness in everyday activities.  This course teaches you how to tune-in to your body and focus on your breath; therefor helping you to balance your body and mind. 

Back Care Yoga class

Treat yourself to a gentle yoga, practice that releases tension, reduces pain, and improves postural alignment. You will learn how to stretch and strengthen the major muscles that act on the spine and pelvis providing you with practical strategies for chronic back and neck discomfort.

Meditation class

Begin your journey to learn the healing practices of meditation. Learn to calm your mind and bring inner peace. In this course we will guide you step by step through the process of meditation, teaching you the basic principles and practices.

Tai Chi 10

Tai Chi Ten is a mind-body practice that activates the self-healing, internal energies that ancient Chinese sages called Chi, the healer within. You will learn the Six Patterns of Total Body Connectivity as a warm-up and cool-down to support whole brain function and effortless fluidity in your Tai Chi practice.
