We are currently offering the following classes
Mind Body class
This class will take you on a journey of self-discovery where you will learn how to assess the stressors that cause you pain and discomfort. Giving you practical ways to practice mindfulness in everyday activities. This course teaches you how to tune-in to your body and focus on your breath; helping you to balance your body and mind.
Back Care Yoga class
Treat yourself to gentle, yoga based, back care practice that releases tension, reduces pain, and improves postural alignment. You will learn how to stretch and strengthen the major muscles that act on the spine and pelvis providing you with practical strategies for chronic back and neck discomfort.
Begin your journey to learn the healing practices of meditation. Learn to calm your mind and bring inner peace. In this course we will guide you step by step through the process of meditation, teaching you the basic principles and practices.
