Personal Training, or what we call Therapeutic Exercise, allows you to work on patterns that have caused symptoms such as low back, shoulder, or neck pain. Even if symptoms have resolved, your body still holds on to the pattern that caused the symptoms. This is, until the patterns have been rewritten by corrective, functional patterns.
You will work with your movement coach 1 on 1, performing therapeutic excises to prepare you for advancement into The Movement classes. These sessions can range from a few weeks to months depending on your symptoms. Sessions also allow the option to work in a 1 on 1 setting instead of being in classes.
