Bridget LeMay, LMT
Massage Therapist, Strength Coach
Bridget Franek LeMay is a certified ACE personal trainer. She entered the fitness industry in 2010, receiving her bachelors degree in Kinesiology (Human Movement Science) from Penn State. She garnered a wealth of additional strength and conditioning knowledge and experience from her time as a collegiate and professional athlete. As a professional athlete, she trained with, and competed against the best athletes in the world in track and field. At the height of her career, she qualified for the Olympic Final in the Women’s Steeplechase in London in 2012. Following her own athletic career, she began coaching the next generation of female distance runners at the University of Akron. Moving back out to Oregon, she coached at Lane Community College for a season and is now coaching track at Churchill High School. Outside of the track oval, she enjoys teaching yoga and making fitness functional and fun for people of all ages. LeMay is currently finishing massage school, and is accepting new patients starting in June! Her goal is to be able to provide a wide range of wellness and fitness services including body work, strength training, health coaching and nutrition consultations so that she can help clients learn more about their body and how to get the most out of it!
